TERMS & CONDITIONS:

* Registration fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes
* Please fill the Registration form in CAPITAL LETTERS only.
* Accommodation includes 2 or 3 nights stay as specified along with applicable taxes and breakfast served at the hotel.
* Hotel Check-in and Check-Out time needs to be adhered. Usually the hotel Check-In and Check-Out time is 1200 noon
* Early Check-In or late Check-Out is subject to availability and on additional payment by delegate directly to the hotel.
* Residential package of Accommodation and Registration is confirmed only on full payment basis.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION FOR CONFERENCE / WORKSHOP IS SEPARATE FROM ACCOMMODATION CHARGES.
* ONCE FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED, AN ONLINE RECEIPT WILL BE SENT TO YOU AND YOUR REGISTRATION FOR CONFERENCE AND ACCOMMODATION WILL BE    CONFIRMED.
* Please send the filled in Registration Form to the Conference Secretariat by Post or Courier along with payment details
* Organisers are not responsible for postal / courier delays / failure of delivery or failure of electronic communication.

REFUND & CANCELLATION:

• 50% refund will be valid if the cancellation request is received on or before 31st July 2017.
• 25% refund will be valid if the cancellation request is received on or before 15th September 2017.
• No refund request will be accepted after 15th September 2016.
• Refund process will be initiated 30 days after the conference.
